Z CAM E2-M4G Mark II 4K Professional Camera (Global Shutter)

The Z CAM E2-M4G Mark II is a professional 4K camera with a global shutter. Its 1" Global Shutter CMOS sensor (15.98 mm diagonal, 9 MP) reads the entire image at once, completely eliminating rolling-shutter distortion of fast motion as well as the so-called jello effect — ideal for shooting LED walls and virtual production, sports, multi-camera systems, or shots in motion. Dynamic range is 12.6 stops, sensitivity ISO 2000–64000.

The camera records C4K (4096×2160) at up to 60 fps, C4K 2.4:1 at up to 75 fps, and Full HD at up to 120 fps in H.265/H.264, ProRes 422 (Proxy to HQ), or ZRAW to CFexpress Type B cards; via HDMI it supports ProRes RAW (Atomos Ninja V) as well as BRAW. Built-in certified 10-bit NDI, EzLink synchronization over Ethernet, and a genlock input make it a building block of networked multi-cam productions.

Connectivity includes HDMI 2.0 (output up to 4K DCI 60p 10-bit 4:2:2), 3G-SDI, LTC timecode and BB/Tri-Level genlock via BNC, USB-C 3.0, Gigabit Ethernet with PoE+ power, and 5 GHz Wi-Fi. The all-metal fanless body weighs 1.06 kg, the MFT mount with active lock is interchangeable, and power comes from Mini V-Lock batteries, DC 12–18 V, or PoE+.
