Product Introduction:

Original interchangeable Canon EF mount for Z CAM cameras with the Flagship body. It is the very same mount the E2-S6, E2-S6G, E2-F6, and E2-F8 cameras ship with from the factory — it is purchased as a spare part or as the way back to EF after the camera has been converted to PL, LPL, M, or MFT. This is not an adapter: the mount screws directly onto the camera body with four screws and the flange distance remains native, so lenses focus to infinity without correction.

Unlike a conventional Canon EF bayonet latch, this mount has a LOCK/UNLOCK locking ring that clamps the lens and eliminates play when pulling focus. Electronic contacts transfer lens data, so the camera controls both the iris and focusing (MF / AF / CAF modes). Inside the mount is a clear filter that can be swapped for the optional Z CAM eND module (electronically controlled ND in the range of 1.7 to 6.7 EV) — Z CAM supports the eND slot only on the EF and PL mounts.

Compatibility: Z CAM cameras with the Flagship body — first generation E2-M4, E2-S6, E2-S6G, E2-F6, E2-F6 Pro, and E2-F8, second generation E2-S6 Mark II, E2-S6G Mark II, E2-F6 Mark II, and E2-F8 Mark II (including the PixelLink "s" variants), where the EF mount is factory equipment. It does not fit the Z CAM E2, E2C, or E2N / E2N Mark II — those have a fixed Micro Four Thirds mount — nor the P2-R1 PTZ cameras, which have an integrated lens.
